This software-focused Digital T Level develops practical skills in analysing problems, designing digital solutions, writing code and testing software. It was renamed from Digital Production, Design and Development in September 2025, so students who started before then hold a certificate with the former title. What is T Level Digital Software Development?

A T Level is a two-year Level 3 course taken after GCSEs. It is broadly equivalent in size to three A Levels and combines classroom study with an industry placement of at least 315 hours. Students receive an overall Pass, Merit, Distinction or Distinction* grade, which carries UCAS tariff points.
